From the moment I started my quasi culinary career back in college with the opening of the package of Ramen I have never quite achieved that infamous of dish..falafel. Today friends and neighbors for the first time in my history I have produced a not only palatable, but damn near orgasmic fried chick pea concoction. I think you could call this sex in yogurt sauce with a little bit of parsley. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves.
